**Special Event tickets—such as Valentine’s Day and Family Day —are final sale and cannot be refunded or transferred, as these celebrations are in exceptionally high demand.**

Changes cannot be made within 72 hours of departure. Outside this window, you may request a refund or reschedule your booking, pending availability. Full details are outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Only Premium Seating and wheelchair accessible seating is assigned.

Yes, food and beverages are available at the Delta train station, including a hot chocolate station and a special Dreamer Express menu curated by The Delta Hotel. Please note: Food and drinks are not permitted on the train.

All rides depart from the Train Station located at the North sliding doors of The Delta Grand in Kelowna (the smaller, shared roundabout with The Royal Kelowna). Signs will guide you to the boarding area. We look forward to welcoming you aboard!

Yes, street parking and nearby parkades offer plenty of space.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure to check in and get settled. In winter, we recommend allowing extra travel time to navigate seasonal weather, traffic, and road conditions.

Dress comfortably and according to the weather. While the train is climate-controlled, boarding and disembarking take place outdoors and may be chilly during colder months.

Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals are welcome.
For their safety, please do not leave pets in vehicles during the event.

Yes our train includes wheelchair-accessible seating options, which can be selected during booking.

If you require additional support or boarding assistance, please contact us ahead of time so our team can prepare to welcome you comfortably.

Strollers may be safely stored at the boarding area but cannot be brought onto the train due to space and aisle limitations.

We operate in most weather conditions; however, severe weather, electrical issues, or other safety concerns may require us to pause or cancel operations. If changes are required, guests will be notified promptly.

Yes, the train is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer for a comfortable experience year-round.

Absolutely, children of all ages are welcome aboard The Dreamer Express.

Yes, washrooms are available at the venue, including accessible options. Please note: There are no washrooms onboard the train itself.

Professional gear, lighting setups, and tripods are NOT permitted.

We understand that plans can change, but please note that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of your scheduled departure.

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your departure time to check in and pick up your tickets. The train departs promptly from The Delta at the scheduled time and unfortunately cannot wait for late arrivals. Refunds are not available for missed rides.

We recommend allowing extra travel time, especially during the winter season, as weather and road conditions can affect travel. There is ample parking available nearby, including street and parkade options.
